Artist Entry Guidelines- 2024

Please note that these guidelines are only available as a past reference. They are no longer current and are only applicable to the 2024 Exhibition. Entry guidelines for 2025 will be available late June 2025- stay tuned!

Artists may submit entry forms in one of three ways:

  • Online via Google form (please note that artists submitting online must submit 1 FORM PER PIECE of artwork. Ex. 3 pieces of artwork = 3 separate forms)

  • Print at home

  • at Fairmount during Entry Day (please note that we have limited table space as we make room for the artwork. Filling out your forms in advance is preferred!)

Accepted works list will be listed on the Fairmount website on after Jury Day (2025 date TBA). Please do not call Fairmount for the accepted works list/jury results- thank you in advance! Unaccepted artwork pickup will be available after accepted work announcements.

Entry Fee: Each artist may submit up to 3 pieces, paid at drop off. Cash or Check preferred. 2025 entry fee TBA.
